Anthem of CREC—“Trailbreaker”
On the morning of March 31, China Railway Group (CREC) held a meeting at its headquarters to release its 2020 performance indicators. Statistics show that last year the company’s gross revenue totaled 974.75 billion yuan, a year-on-year growth of 14.56 percent. The total profit was 33.38 billion yuan, an increase of 6.55 percent compared with last year, while the net profit increased by 7.37 percent year on year to 27.25 billion yuan. After deducting non-recurring gains and losses, the company’s net profit was 21.84 billion yuan with a year-on-year increase of 22 percent. The basic earnings per share (EPS) of CREC increased by 1.37 percent year on year to 0.963 yuan, and the dividend per share (DPS) was 0.18 yuan with tax.
