On March 31, the 18th New Fortune Board Secretary & 5th New Fortune Best IR Hong Kong Listed Company awards were announced. CREC once again won the New Fortune Best IR Hong Kong Listed Company (A+H) award, becoming a listed central enterprise in the construction industry that has won the award for four consecutive years. At the same time, CREC made the list of "Best ESG Information Disclosure Award" of New Fortune magazine, becoming the only representative of China's construction industry. It is reported that this was the first time New Fortune magazine granted the "Best ESG Information Disclosure Award", aiming at discovering outstanding board secretaries who focus on presenting the companies' green development practice, social responsibility fulfillment and governance improvement in information disclosure. A total of 20 outstanding ESG information disclosure companies, including CREC, are on the list.
On April 6, the capital market reported another good news. As a central enterprise listed both at home and abroad, CREC won the "Excellent Board of Directors" award of the 17th "Golden Round Table" Awards for Board of Directors of China's Listed Companies announced on Board of Directors magazine for its sound and standardized corporate governance structure and efficient modern corporate governance mechanism with Chinese characteristics.
The lists of New Fortune and Board of Directors magazines are reputed as the most authoritative awards in China's capital market, and have been highly recognized by the capital market and all sectors of society.
